You know how movie superheroes catapult thru space leaving star trails behind them, and first those star trails are, say, purple and blue and then they morph, oh, red and yellow and—whoosh—your superhero is gone?
Well welcome to the rest of your week. Except these star trails are the meaning of your life, they come bubble-wrapped in some interstellar mist and cosmic butterflies loop aimlessly around them. Oh yeah, and look out ‘cause fire ants that are strangely beautiful may be paving onyx pathways thru your mind.
Which is all to say, as the Sun slid from the much vaunted degree of suffering that ends Pisces and on to that thing we know as the Spring Equinox and also Aries point and then the moon went full at 18:47 PDT tonight, one thing or another slides outta the cosmic ocean and into the cosmic fire along with it.
Meanwhile, that dumb Mercury in retrograde bokehs the whole she bang into some sort of weird but fascinating greeting card. One that you’re not sure you speak the language to read.
My advice? Just go with it. Tonight, read someone else’s horoscope. Cook recipes from other planets as you watch the world change palettes and yourself along with it. And if some warrior princess or other kisses your cheek and turns herself, or you (or anyone) into stone, don’t get all bugged. It’s only Chinatown. Make the most of this season of scary mythical creatures that are at least partially nothing but soap bubbles.
