Starting this April 2 and through March of 2016, you can explore To Expand Let Go in the popular and very cool NW Photography Viewing Drawers at the Blue Sky Gallery in Northwest Portland, OR, where ten prints from the series will be available in one of a resource of archival flat files representing the work of this year's selection photographers based on the American Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.
I am looking forward to looking through the rest of the Drawers myself.
An edition of fifteen 8.16x8.16" matted metallic inkjet prints (finished print size 16"x16") of this series, the first ten images in the To Expand Let Go Gallery, is now available.
They hang nicely in both contemporary and traditional settings. They are also nice in groupings--two, three, or even more. Here, you become part of the artistic process, not only through selection but also sequencing, since each juxtaposition rediscovers and redefines shape and texture, while also resculpting positive and negative space.
I am also testing a larger sized edition now.
Interested? Just drop me a line. And, starting in April, you can also stop by Blue Sky on the Park Blocks and take it from there.
